In the fall of 2011, the Northeast-Midwest Institute issued a Note to the Coalitions on the federal Partnership for Sustainable Communities – its history, grant programs, and Northeast-Midwest grantees. This Note updates information on funding or technical assistance awarded through FY2011 grants. It also details how grants and/or technical assistance are distributed through the three federal agencies involved in the Partnership.
