Evans
Paull is a senior policy analyst focusing on brownfield redevelopment
and ecosystem-restoration financing. He has been director
of policy analysis and the brownfield initiative at the Baltimore
Development Corporation. When with the Baltimore City Department
of Planning, he directed the brownfield intiative and served
as executive planner for economic development. He has received
the National Phoenix Award (for brownfield redevelopment),
the Governor's Smart Growth Award, the Professonal Achievement
in Economic Development Award (from the American Planning
Association's Maryland Chapter), the Governor's Citation for
Governor's Port Land Use Task Force, and the Mayor's Citation
for Brownfields Industrial Redevelopment Council.
Paull
received his Bachelor of Arts from the College of Wooster
and a Masters of Urban Planning from the University of Illinois.
