Greg
Lewis is a policy analyst focusing on older cities, brownfield redevelopment
and ecosystem-restoration financing. Most recently, he was a technical
assistant in the office of environmental justice within the Maryland
Department of the Environment. For over eleven years Lewis was a loan officer
and mortgage consultant specializing in urban rejuvenation programs down payment assistance loans. Prior to entering the mortgage industry he was a
legislative intern with the Montana Trial Lawyers Association.
Lewis
received his Master's degree in geography/land uses from the University
of Montana. His thesis concentrates on the physical and social
aspects of brownfields redevelopment in Baltimore.
