Kristin Bohnhorst works as a research assistant for the Northeast-Midwest Institute’s ecosystem restoration and ballast water treatment initiatives. Her past experience includes work for the Minnesota House of Representatives Environment Policy and Biosciences and Emerging Technologies Policy committees, biological research positions in theoretical neuroscience, organismal development, and wildlife ecology, and environmental interpretation for public institutions.
Ms. Bohnhorst received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Williams College, magna cum laude.
