On March 23-24, 2010, the National Brownfield Association is holding "The Big Deal:  Atlanta 2010" conference at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta.  This annual event is designed for industry professionals to share experiences and answer questions at 25 information-rich sessions on today's most relevant land development, real estate, and brownfield-related topics, including:

• renewable energy on brownfields
• government resources
• waterfront redevelopment
• bankruptcy workouts
• surplus properties
• water supply reuse
• real estate, economic & political forecasts

The conference offers networking and business-development opportunities, and a chance to discuss transactions during the summit.  Case studies about Atlanta's premier green-on-brown projects - such as Atlantic Station and the Olympic Village - will be presented.  A tour of the "BeltLine" - the largest urban renewal project in the U.S. - will also be given.
