Hilary
Harp Falk is a senior policy analyst at the Northeast-Midwest Institute,
focusing on issues associated with the Upper Mississippi River,
Chesapeake Bay, and Delaware River. She works with watershed-based
congressional task forces to address water quality issues
and promote ecosystem restoration.
Falk has
been a program manager at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and
a research assistant at the University of Vermont. She
was selected as a Switzer Foundation Environmental Fellow
in 2005, and received her Masters of Science in Natural Resources
from the University of Vermont.
