Downtown Revitalization in Urban Neighborhoods and Small Cities

This report features case examples of downtown revitalization from across the country. Communities from Chicago’s urban neighborhoods to New England’s small towns are meeting the twin challenges of deteriorating town centers and sprawling development through downtown revitalization.
